Craft Your Pride

Craft Your Pride is a free, drop-in art program for all LGBTQ+ youth between the ages of 14-25. Our program is hosted every third Wednesday of the month.

Who should attend?

Youth between the ages of 14-25 interested in creating various types of art in a safe, welcoming space.

What is provided?

Tony’s Place provides several types of art supplies including paints, canvases, bracelet-making supplies, markers and colored pencils, drawing paper, and more.

Can I do any type of art?

Yes! If you have a medium you prefer to use, just bring your own supplies. This group is intended to be a safe space for all types of creating, from painting to knitting to writing.

Why do we offer this program?

Craft Your Pride aims to create a space for LGBTQ+ youth to connect with friends and peers, foster creativity, develop new skills, heal, and feel empowered. We also assist participating youth by connecting them to valuable support systems and resources.

By achieving these goals, the program ultimately improves youth’s wellbeing and prevents negative mental health outcomes such as stress, anxiety, and depression.
