Barbara Carroll is the Program Director of Tony’s Place. She is a Houston native. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in 2015. Prior to moving back to Houston, she was a clinical therapist, working with young people in Detroit.
Margaret Mayer serves as the Program Development Coordinator of Tony’s Place. She is a graduate of the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work. Previously, Margaret served as the lead intern in Harris County Region 6 with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Center for the Elimination of Disproportionality and Disparities.
Rachel Broussard serves as the Program Coordinator of Tony’s Place. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Before joining the Tony’s Place team, she served as a victim advocate in the Houston area, working to help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
